The 84R Linear Ceiling System consists of 84mm x 16mm panels designed without a flush profile for a 100mm module, roll-formed from metal coils. These panels are securely fixed onto roll-formed carriers measuring 32mm wide x 39mm deep, made from 0.9mm aluminum or 0.5mm galvanized steel sheets, with cutouts to hold panels in a 100mm module. The system allows a maximum carrier spacing of 1.5m without insulation and 1.2m with insulation.
Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss using 4mm diameter galvanized steel wire rod hangers equipped with special height-adjustable suspension clips at 1.2m spacing. Hangers are fixed to the roof using ceiling brackets. Panels are available in lengths up to 5m to accommodate site dimensions, with edge profiles or wall angles of 24mm x 24mm x 0.4mm thickness, matching the panel colors. A flush profile can be used between panels to fill the 16mm gap, enhancing the ceiling’s seamless appearance.
Metal used for construction of both panels
and carrier:
Aluminium Alloy AA5050, AA3105 or AA1050 is used
to make the panels and carrier. Thickness is 0.5 mm for
panels and 0.9/0.7 mm for carriers.
Panel are made of Galvanised steel with 120
gsm Zinc coating and 20 microns polyester
paint coil coating sheets. Panels can be
available in 60 microns polyester powder
coating galvanized steel with 120 gsm Zinc
coating or in aluminium alloy in different
colours.
