The Metafino Clip-in False Ceiling System features steel or aluminum tiles (600 mm x 600 mm) manufactured from high-quality materials for durability and aesthetics. The steel tiles are made from 0.50 mm thick polyester coil-coated galvanized steel with a 120 gsm zinc coating, while aluminum tiles are crafted from 0.7 mm thick powder-coated AA5050, AA3105, or AA1050 alloy with a 60-micron polyester finish. These tiles, available with square or beveled edges, have a 20-micron polyester-coated surface and an 8-micron alkyd primer back coat. Designed for secure and easy installation, the tiles are raised, piped, and stopped on two sides to engage seamlessly with the spring Clip-in profile, allowing individual tile demounting when needed.
The suspension system is robust, comprising rows of 0.5 mm galvanized steel Clip-in profiles sized 40 mm x 17 mm or 34 mm x 24 mm, spaced 600 mm apart to support the tiles. Suspension angles are connected to the roof structure using GI Ceiling Brackets and are joined to Clip-in profiles with Hold-on Clamps. Tiles are held securely with pressure clips, while the flexible system employs hangers and butterfly clips instead of suspension angles. Wall angles or edge profiles, measuring 24 mm x 24 mm and 0.4 mm thick, are made from coil-coated steel or aluminum, perfectly matching the tile colors for a cohesive finish.
