Tile Material and Specifications

Galvanized Steel Tiles: Made from 0.50 mm thick polyester coil-coated steel with 100/120 gsm zinc coating.
Aluminum Tiles: Manufactured from 0.70 mm thick aluminum sheets, powder-coated with a 60-micron polyester paint.
Finishes:
- Front side: 20-micron polyester coating.
- Back side: 8-micron alkyd primer coating.
Design Options: Available in plain or perforated tiles with perforation sizes of 2.2 mm, 2.5 mm, and 1.8 mm.
Edges: Beveled or straight-edge options.
Swing-Down Functionality
- Each tile features raised, piped sides to ensure secure engagement with the spring clip-in profile.
- Tiles can swing down individually, allowing for easy maintenance and access.

Suspension System

Clip-in Profiles:
- Made from 0.50 mm galvanized steel.
- Sizes: 40 mm x 70 mm or 34 mm x 24 mm.
- Installed at 600 mm c/c spacing.
C Channels:
- Size: 10 mm x 38 mm x 10 mm.
- Length: 3600 mm.
- Spaced at 1200 mm centers and securely fixed with suspension angles.
Suspension Angles: Connect the roof structure to the C Channels using G.I Ceiling Brackets.

Flexible Suspension System

Uses rod hangers and butterfly clips as replacements for suspension angles for added flexibility.

Wall Angle or Edge Profile

Dimensions: 24 mm x 24 mm.
Material: 0.4 mm thick coil-coated white-colored sheet.
Matches the tile color for a cohesive appearance.
