The Metafino 300 C Ceiling System features 300mm wide x 30mm panels made from roll-formed 0.5mm or 0.7mm thick aluminum sheets or 0.5mm thick coil-coated galvanized steel sheets with beveled edges. The panels can be up to 5 meters in length and are pre-coated with 20-micron polyester paint on the front side and a 5-8 micron primer coat on the back side. Powder-coated panels come with 60-micron polyester paint on the front side only. These panels are clipped onto powder-coated G.I. carriers measuring 41.5mm wide x 62mm deep x 0.5mm thick, with cutouts to hold the panels in a 300mm module. The carriers, available in standard lengths of up to 5 meters, are spaced at 1.2 meters and suspended using 4mm diameter G.I. suspension rods and stainless steel suspension spring clips. G.I. edge profiles or wall angles measuring 24mm x 24mm x 0.35mm thick are installed on walls to match the ceiling system.
