The Metafino 150F Ceiling System features 150mm x 17mm panels fixed onto roll-formed carriers made from galvanized coil-coated steel or aluminum alloy. The carriers, measuring 34.5mm wide x 48mm deep, are crafted from 0.9mm aluminum or 0.5mm galvanized steel, with cutouts to hold panels in a 150mm module. These carriers are spaced at a maximum of 1.5m center-to-center without insulation and 1.2m center-to-center with insulation.
Suspended from the roof or truss using 4mm diameter galvanized steel wire rod hangers with height-adjustable suspension clips (spaced at a maximum of 1.2m center-to-center), the hangers are secured to the roof by ceiling brackets. Panels, available in lengths up to 5m to accommodate site dimensions, are complemented by edge profiles or wall angles measuring 24mm x 24mm, which match the panel color. Made of galvanized steel with 120gsm zinc coating and 20-micron polyester paint coil coating, the panels are also available in 60-micron polyester powder coating on galvanized steel with 120gsm zinc coating or aluminum alloy in a variety of colors.
Aluminium – Alloy AA5050, AA3105 or AA1050 is used to make the panels and carriers. Thickness is 0.5 mm for
panels and 0.9 mm for carriers.
Mild Steel – Galvanized with 120 gsm Zinc coating,. Thickness is 0.5 mm for panels and 0.5 mm for carriers.
